Warranty and Return Policies
All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days (weekends do not count as business days), please allow 2-5 days for delivery. We strive to ship same day for orders submitted before 4PM EST. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority mail. You will recieve an email with a tracking number when your items ship. If you need expedited shipping, please call the office to request expedited shipping. (540) 622-6227. International orders are sent every friday and take 10-14 days to deliver provided that the package is processed expediently through customs. We're so confident that you'll love your Man-PACK that we're instituting a 30 day return policy. If for any reason you want to return your Man-PACK messenger bag, just send it back with a short note explaining why (or how) we can make our packs better. We GUARANTEE your complete satisfaction or your money back. Ballistic products cannot be returned. All sales of ballistic products are final.
You may return your Man-PACK® item within 30 days of purchase. Product must arrive in our office before 30 days from purchase date. A copy of receipt, note explaining return, and original tag must be included with return. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking (USPS Priority is preferred). Man-PACK® cannot replace or refund packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable. we will process the refund through your credit card, Amazon Payments, PayPal, or provide in store credit at our discretion. It will take 2-3 business days for your refund to post on your account. Postage can not be refunded. CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

If you are exchanging your Man-PACK, the item must arrive to our office within 30 days from purchase date, item must be clean with tag attached. Upgrades will have an additional cost of the difference in price between the items and shipping.

Man-PACK® 12 Month Warranty
YOUR PURCHASE IS PROTECTED BY ONE OF THE BEST WARRANTIES IN THE INDUSTRY.
All Man-PACK products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace (at our discretion), free of charge, any item that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship. This does not cover reasonable wear and tear or abuse. Man-PACK is not responsible for shipping costs on warranty claims.
SUBMITTING A CLAIM
To submit a Product Warranty claim, please send an e-mail to: customerservice(at)Man-PACK.com. Include pictures of defect and your order number. We will respond within 5 days.
COVERED: Defective sewing/stitching, defective zippers, attachment hardware, and/or clips.
NOT COVERED: Reasonable wear and tear such as rips, tears, and fading. Altered products are void and not eligible for warranty.
Keep your invoice or receipt that shows value of products to ensure you are credited if we cannot repair or replace your product. Any item without receipt or proof of purchase will be credited in the form of a coupon of last sale price to your provided email address. Any coupon codes offered for approved warranties will be given at retail price before tax.
