Man-PACK® is a stylish and ergonomically designed sling-style vertical Every Day Carry (EDC) bag for men. It’s used for a multitude of purposes including electronics, concealed carry firearms, hunting, hiking, fishing, commuting, travel, even medical supplies.
The bag was originally designed for conceal carry so it is designed to have that conceal carry pocket facing your dominant hand when you rotate the bag to your front. It also indicates which shoulder the strap sits on.
For example, the right hand draw places the strap on the right shoulder and positions the conceal carry pocket to your right hand when you swivel the bag to the front (while the main compartment faces your left hand). Whereas the left-hand draw puts the strap on your left shoulder and faces the conceal carry pocket to your left when it’s rotated to the front (the main compartment is facing your right hand).

For the Classic Man-PACK, hand-wash and then hang to dry. For the 2.0 and XL bags, wipe clean with damp cloth. Do not put the bags in the washer or dryer machine.
International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays of weeks or months. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms – no exceptions.
We do not refund original shipping charges for buyers who refuse items due to not wanting to pay the customs charges applied by their country.
All international orders are marked “Merchandise” and will not be marked as “Gift” as this is illegal.
Customs doesn’t always check every single package. Your orders in the past probably weren’t caught before but now it has. You only get charged if customs does the inspection.
Man-PACK® does not charge you to receive your package. The charge is from your country’s customs for duties and import taxes. Customs process all packages that come into your country from another country for inspection. This is a normal process and occurs in all countries. If you have any questions in regards to customs, you should contact the customs department in your country. If you have received a shipping notification, then your order has definitely been shipped, we assure you. Your country’s customs are very likely the culprit for the delay in the delivery of your order.All packages that come in to any country from another country have to go through customs. Customs can take as little or as much time as they need to complete an evaluation of your package. Many things pass through quickly and are on their way within a day or two. However, if the customs paperwork is incorrect, incomplete or missing altogether, a package can be delayed a lot. If customs is backed up, such as during Christmas time, it will take more time to be cleared.
The tracking or label number we provide is through the United States Postal Service. The USPS can no longer track the package once it enters another country. The package is in the hands of the postal service of your country at that point. The two mail systems are not linked. You will need to contact your country’s postal service and give them the label number we provided to track down where the package is and when it will deliver.
In stock inventory have a time frame of about 1-3 business days to ship after order is placed. Backorders items have a varied time frame of when they will ship. If your item is backordered, you will be notified of when the expected ship time will be.
No, PayPal is just one of the forms of payment we accept. We also accept credit cards.

Shipping and Tracking
Likely. Man-PACK® ships through the USPS and the Christmas season is their busiest time of the year. As everyone is shipping out Christmas gifts at the same time, this causes shipping companies such as USPS, FedEx, UPS and others to take longer to get through all the packages and ship them out.
We have a feature where you can track the status of your order through our website, which you can find right here. Also, you should have received an email sent directly to you after purchasing your product.
All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS). When you receive your email notification that your order has shipped, you will see a tracking number. Go to usps.com and enter your tracking number. Their website will tell you where your package is.For the International orders, once the package enters your country, the USPS can no longer track where your package is. Contact your country’s postal service and give them the label number we provide and they can tell you where your package is.

This is because either the order didn’t ship yet or your email host is blocking our notification emails from coming through. Go to the order tracking page and enter your order number and email address. It will tell you if the order shipped and if it did, it will also show the tracking number and what ship method was used and when it shipped.
Yes, we do repairs if the item is covered under warranty. If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it or give you a Credit Note for the last known retail value of the piece.If repairs are requested due to ordinary wear and tear, or outside of the warranty period, we will charge a fee that will be agreed beforehand. If the bag has sentimental value, and you would like to have it returned to you rather than being issued a credit or replacement, please make this very clear to us in your letter when you’re in contact with us for the return number.

We process the refund through either your credit card or PayPal (depending on which method you used to pay for the order). If you had paid via credit card, it will take 2-3 business days after the refund is issued for the amount to post to your account. if PayPal was used, the refund is pretty quick and you receive an email notification that the refund was placed into your account within minutes of processing.
