International Shipping

  1. Are there any extra fees to ship an order outside the US?
International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms – no exceptions.

We do not refund original shipping charges for buyers who refuse items due to not wanting to pay the customs charges applied by their country.

All international orders are marked “Merchandise” and will not be marked as “Gift” as this is illegal.

  2. The tracking number you gave me says it entered my country and then nothing new has been added since then. Where is my package?

Your package is agregated with other orders and shipped in bulk. Because of this there are two separate tracking numbers issued. The benefit is that you can track your international shipment to your door. Please call the office or email and we'll make sure you can track your package.

  3. It has been X amount of weeks. Where is my package?

If you have received a shipping notification, then your order has definitely been shipped, we assure you. Your country’s customs are very likely the culprit for the delay in the delivery of your order. All internatonal packages are processed through customs. Customs can take as little or as much time as they need to complete an evaluation of your package. Many things pass through quickly and are on their way within a day or two. However, if the customs paperwork is incorrect, incomplete or missing altogether, a package can be delayed. If customs is backed up, such as during holidays, it will take more time to be cleared.

  4. I was charged to get my package. Why did Man-PACK® make me pay more for my order after I have already been charged for shipping?

Man-PACK® does not charge you to receive your package. The charge is from your country’s customs for duties and import taxes. Customs process all packages that come into your country from another country for inspection. This is a normal process and occurs in all countries. If you have any questions in regards to customs, you should contact the customs department in your country. Man-PACK® cannot answer questions in regards to customs nor do we have control over customs charges and cannot predict what they may be.We do not refund original shipping charges for buyers who refuse items due to not wanting to pay the customs charges applied by their country.

  5. I didn’t pay any customs fees before. Why do I have to now?

Customs doesn’t check every single package. Your orders in the past probably weren’t caught before but now it has. You only get charged if customs does the inspection.
